Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Every piece is made to order in Toronto. Production takes 3-4 weeks before your piece ships, insured and tracked.
- Free shipping on orders over $199 CAD within Canada and the US. International orders ship at calculated rates.
- Changes or cancellations within 2 days of ordering.
- Returns on non-custom pieces: contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship it back within 7 days, unworn and in its original packaging. Custom work is final sale.

Remove jewelry when making contact with water, including swimming and showering. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, soaps, and chemicals. Store pieces separately to prevent scratching. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

- Most of our pieces are made to order with a processing time of 3-4 weeks. This allows us to ensure each piece meets our exacting quality standards. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee - please contact us to inquire.

- Absolutely. Many customers start with an existing design and make modifications. Common customizations include changing materials, adding stones, adjusting sizes, or combining elements from different pieces.
