1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Loni Design Group website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Orders

All products are handcrafted and made to order. Processing time is typically 3-4 weeks. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes size modifications, design changes, and engravings. We will provide detailed renders and specifications for approval before starting work on custom pieces.

4. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information on our return policy.

In summary: Contact us within 3 days of delivery, return within 7 days, item must be unused and in original packaging. Custom work and sale items are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Loni Design Group and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the handcrafted nature of our pieces. Each piece is unique.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loni Design Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
