Shipping Information
Processing Time
Most pieces are made to order with a processing time of 3-4 weeks. This allows us to handcraft each piece with the attention it deserves.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $199 CAD within Canada and the United States.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. All international orders include tracking and insurance.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
- • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- • Ship item back within 7 days of delivery
- • Item must be unused and in original packaging
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of purchase. After that, production has likely begun.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- • Custom work - including size modifications, design changes, and engravings
